​As I emphasize team building, I  have built engaging contests centered around a core weekly metric to make hitting goals fun and create friendly competition. To create a more engaging environment, with every update or meeting, I created interactive presentations which ended in scavenger hunts or group discussions. I have also created countless job aids. Being the Membership Outreach chair I have also been able to showcase my creativity with getting members involved and interact with each other to make our chapter a more engaging and fun place to be!
